I am delighted that Parry Physical Health can now offer appointments from Clarice House in Ipswich to complement those available at our Long Melford clinic. I will no longer be practicing from Melton in Woodbridge, but I hope that these two locations will now be more convenient for many of you.
When a person talks to me about discomfort, pain or a desire for their body to perform better, I want to solve it. When Princess Anne asked me upon graduating from the British School of Osteopathy, why I became an Osteopath, I gave her the frank but honest answer "dumb luck". A friendly chat, an explanation at a BBQ and I knew it fitted with me; now I simply love what I do. I find I get as much joy out of treating and maintaining my elder patients who present with a chronic history, as I do treating high performance athletes or Le Mans race teams.
For me it is about solving the problem and preventing pain. One of my greatest pleasures in Osteopathy has been and continues to be the treatment of expectant mothers. So much can be done to aid a comfortable healthy pregnancy. I love seeing the results acupuncture can have at this time and meeting the often troublesome end product, is a great reward for what I do.
