I’m also a qualified yoga teacher, using my yoga knowledge to assist with rehabilitation of joint and muscular problems and improve core strength/awareness and also offer workshops to address different aspects of rehabilitation such as posture and back care. My treatments involve a variety of techniques including massage, joint manipulation, joint mobilisation, and stretching. I also give exercise as part of my client’s rehabilitation and maintenance, from simple static stretches to sports specific exercise routines.
