We are able to offer a collection and delivery service for dogs, cats, birds and small mammals arriving under the pet passport system at the approved airports or docks and either coming back to our boarding facilities to await your collection or for delivery by road to any address in England, Scotland & Wales, or to certain Scottish destinations and Ireland by onwards air journey.

This service also applies to those pets arriving licensed for entry into quarantine; we can collect them at the point of entry into the UK and deliver by road or air to the DEFRA approved quarantine facility of your choice. Utilising this service also means that we can take care of all of the necessary import procedures on your behalf including obtaining of the necessary licences and liaising with your agent or airline abroad so that the relocation back to the UK of your pet is ensured to be as hassle free as possible.
