I offer excellent professional counselling and psychotherapy services and specialise in anxiety, depression and bereavement counselling for clients in Croydon, Purley, West Wickham and Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas. I have over 15 years' experience helping individuals over 18 in dealing with various issues. The service I offer is provided in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. As an experienced counsellor, I am committed to creating somewhere where differences are respected and valued. When you are suffering from depression or anxiety, every day can be a struggle, but counselling could offer the help that you need. I am a trained and experienced psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist, who has been working for 15 years in the charity sector, N.H.S and in private practice. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). As such I subscribe to their Code of Ethics and Practice.
