Paintcraft

While working for other companies we found that we were frequently forced to do less of a good job than we would wish, either by not being given the resources to do the job properly, or by having our good work subsequently spoiled by that of someone less conscientious. This made it impossible to take pride in one's work, resulting in low job satisfaction. Our solution was to set up in business together and to employ only those with similar attitudes to ourselves. We aim to make decoration and building a positive experience for our customers. To this end we aim to attract, and retain, friendly, courteous and talented painters/decorators and other tradespeople, and we try to keep the working environment harmonious for both the customer and our staff. By being efficient and carrying out tasks in a logical order (thus doing everything only once!) we are able to offer a craftsman's approach.
