Paul is a qualified City and Guilds Carpenter and Joiner as well as a member of the Institute of Carpenters (C03798). Paul served his apprenticeship with Croudace Homes, during this time he won several regional skillbuild competitions in Carpentry, and won a bronze medal in the 2006 UK finals.
