Phil Bingham started P J Bingham & Co Ltd in 1985 having previously worked in litigation as a fee earner for 15 years. Since then we have been helping our Clients to achieve maximum recoveries of their legal costs for some 25 years in all areas of litigation, from House of Lords, Judicial Review, Court of Appeal, all divisions of the High Court, various tribunals such as planning and employment, through to all levels of County Court actions. During this time we have deliberately maintained a balanced practice by also applying our expertise to opposing Bills of Costs as necessary and have lengthy ongoing experience of advising on minimising your Client's exposure when they have a Costs Order made against them.
