We cater for all types and size of decorating project and provide an efficient, reliable professional service with an end result pleasing both decorator and client.
P D S Decorators were established in 2003 by Paul Rowell. Traditionally trained with over 25 years experience in the decorating industry Paul takes great pride in his work and is proud of the reputation his business now holds.
He has worked on a diverse range of projects throughout his career, from Commercial and Retail through to Period and Listed buildings.
