Yasar Dogan is a Solicitor and non-practising barrister with an LLB (Honours) degree from University College London. Having completed the Bar Vocational Course at BPP Law School with the grade of Very Competent, he was called to the Bar in July 2008.
Before joining Ozkutan & Co Solicitors in January 2011, Yasar worked at Refugee & Migrant Justice (formerly Refugee Legal Centre) and two major solicitors' firms. In May 2010, he was accredited by the Law Society as a Senior Immigration Caseworker (Level 2) under the Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme.
Yasar primarily practises Immigration & Nationality, Family Law and Conveyancing. He has considerable experience in providing advice and representation in a wide range of asylum, immigration, nationality and human rights matters, including (but not limited to) visa, leave to remain, Ankara Agreement, EEA/EU and citizenship applications.
