Osteowork

I am a Registered Osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and have been practising Osteopathy since 2003. I see people of all age groups and have had experience in helping people with a wide range of conditions. I work closely with my colleagues therefore have an understanding of how other medical and complementary practitioners work and how osteopathy fits in to a person's overall care. I use many different treatment techniques according to the needs of the individual, this may include soft tissue massage, gentle manipulation and articulation of joints or cranial osteopathy.

Self help advice is also part of my treatment plan. Paediatric Osteopathy is a popular part of my work and I regularly sees babies and children. I completed a two year post graduate masters degree in 2009 in Paediatric Osteopathy which I find invaluable in my daily clinical work.
