Osborn Humphreys

Our current Principal, Stuart Osborn, joined the Shoreham branch in 1976 and later went on to manage the Steyning office. In 1987 he was invited to join David as a partner in the business and the name was changed to Osborn Humphreys. Following David’s retirement in 2002 Stuart moved the Steyning office to ‘Milestones’, 25 High Street, one of the oldest buildings in Steyning. A ‘Wealden’ house built circa 1480. In the summer of 2014, we again re-located to 39 High Street, centrally situated adjacent to the Chequer Inn. A more spacious office, in a more prominent High Street position, providing greater window space and better accessibility. During this time we’ve witnessed many changes to the ways in which property is bought, sold, let and rented. We’ve always embraced new ways of marketing property and were, in fact, the first estate agent in the area to develop our own website. Thankfully some things simply don���t change, such as our commitment and dedication to the individual requirements of all our clients and our desire to deliver an exceptional service.
