Originally formed in 1989, the members of the Ormskirk Shotokan Karate Club have practiced traditional Shotokan style karate for 25 years and holds affiliation to the United Kingdom Traditional Karate Federation (UKTKF) as well as International Traditional Karate Federation, the Japan Karate Association (JKA) and the English Karate Governing Body.
In addition to this members of our club have gone on to attended training camps, across the UK, ran by some of the highest authorities in karate alive today. As well as representing the club at National Championships.
