Orchid Therapies

The word holistic comes from the Greek word meaning "whole". Holistic therapies are offered to treat you as a "whole" meaning we will look at treating your mind, body and spirit. Lifestyle choices and your environment will affect how you think and react to life. Holistic therapies aim to bring your body back to what is known as "homeostasis" or balance. Orchid Therapies offers holistic treatments to allow you to escape your busy life for an hour or so and unwind, de-stress and leave feeling completely rejuvenated.

I know how stressful life can be and I wanted to offer something tangible to people that would help them in life to maintain their health and wellbeing and reduce stress. I decided to alter my career and started my journey to becoming a Complementary Therapist. I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) which is a leading organisation representing Complementary Therapists in the UK and Ireland. I work to a strict Code of Practice as laid out by the CThA.
