Our ability to Manage all aspects from Repairs to Legal matters means that we can tailor our Service to fit your requirements. At present we have projects and properties under our management in Teignmouth, Torbay and Plymouth and are available to cover all areas in between. Removing the hassle of finding the right Tenants and then Managing your Property whilst it is Let, Orchard Property Management offer a fully inclusive Management Service. Our service begins by providing the extensive Marketing of the Property and responding to all subsequent Enquiries and Viewings from Prospective Tenants. We then carryout the Introduction and Vetting of prospective Tenants including Referencing and a Comprehensive Credit Check. Once these have proved to be satisfactory, we then proceed to preparing a suitable Tenancy Agreement as well as any required Inventory.
