One Vision Life Coaching

Life Coaching originated from America about 20 years ago. A Life Coach helps a Client to attain direction, crystallise their business and personal goals, and supports the Client to achieve them. Coaching issues can be very broad-ranging and can include personal issues, relationship/family issues, career, time management, work/ life balance, and preparing for retirement. It can assist clients to consider what they are most passionate about; bring about the change required to work towards living their dream, and lead to a more meaningful, happy, fulfilling life. Life Coaching focuses on the present and the future rather than the past, although acknowledgement of the effects of the past is taken into consideration. When a goal is clearly established the Coach will then explore the situation with the Client and consider options available to work towards achieving the goal. Activities are agreed at each session and the Coach then supports the client to complete them.
