Olney Health & Fitness

If you prefer classes we offer a varied timetable, which are included in your membership fee, plus some extra classes at reduced rates for members. Non-members are also welcome to attend any class and are charged £5 per class.

Whether you want to develop your cardiovascular fitness, weight train or build some variety into your work-out, Olney Gym offers a wide variety of facilities to satisfy most fitness needs.

We know how difficult it can be to join a new gym, so we make it easier by giving you a FREE fitness induction when you join. We will introduce you to the gym equipment and develop a FREE personalised programme to suit YOUR needs and help you achieve YOUR fitness goals. Once you have joined, we are always on hand for help and advice, so just ask. Take a look at our help and advice section to get a flavour of what we can help you with.
