OCEE Limited was incorporated in 2007 and is situated in Southend on sea. With staff of over 18 years of experience in providing accounting and bookkeeping services for several industries, we are well qualified to provide bookkeeping services to the sole trader, sub contractor and small to medium sized business.

The Company has a growing network of clients, situated throughout the UK. These include agencies, property developers, piercing studios, restaurants, retail, the self employed, sole traders, the construction industry and many more. We specialise in new and start up business.

Scott Steel who is qualified AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) manages the business. He has worked in several industries as the accountant such as construction, property development, manufacturing and retail, warranty insurance and the charities market.
