We are a Bromley based building company based in South East London with clients all over the Capital. We specialise in quality building and refurbishment by skilled tradesmen. We are NHBC registered and we do a good job at a fair price which is why we joined Trustmark.

OBC Building and Construction was established in 1979 and is run by Richard Patience who took over the family company in 2008. Our ethos is simple; to provide high quality project managed work for all clients. We have an extremely organized approach using rigorous project management to provide a level of service that regularly exceeds client expectations. We regard Site management as the key to a successful project and communication between all parties is essential for a well run site. The whole team have a great work ethic and we ensure each project lives up to our reputation as high end finishers. Our portfolio is wide ranging and includes a variety of projects from refurbishment of part of the Parliament buildings to the transformation of loft space in domestic dwellings in Bromley. We have worked in some of the most exclusive residences in Mayfair and completed works in private homes situated in Bromley, Blackheath, Greenwich, Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks. Since registration with the National House-Building Council (NHBC) ten years ago we have completed a number of successful new builds.
