Oakleaf Building Surveyors Ltd. is a small, independent firm of Chartered Building Surveyors offering a range of architectural and professional building surveying services to both domestic and commercial clients. We are based in Reading but we serve clients throughout London and the South of England; including Bristol, Oxford, Newbury, Southampton and Windsor.
Oakleaf Building Surveyors Ltd. was established in 1998 by Andrew Colangelo. Andrew is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years experience in the building and property industry. He is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), Fellow of The Chartered Association of Building Engineers (FCABE), Registered Member (CDM Co-oridinator) of The Association for Project Safety (MaPS), and member of The Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (MFPWS).
