I am qualified in Nutritional Therapy and Naturopathy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. I studied the Bach Flower Remedies and Iridology as part of my Naturopathy diploma and went on to receive a certificate in self-development with the Bach Flower Remedies with Healing Herbs. I am a full member of BANT British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy, working within their code of ethics.
My Natural Health clinic in North London is called Nurture Health, as that is what I aim to do. My name is Jessica Cutteridge and as a fully trained Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath I offer advice in Nutrition, Lifestyle management, and the use of the Bach Flower Remedies. My clinic is based in North London's Muswell Hill, also covering Hampstead, Highgate, Crouch End and the Finchley areas.
Nutritional Therapy and Naturopathy offer a different, yet complementary, approach to orthodox medical practice. Where appropriate, I am happy to work in conjunction with your GP or other medical adviser to achieve the best result for you.
Nurture Health is located in Lambert Performance, a rehabilitation exercise studio in Muswell Hill where you can also find massage therapy, acupuncture and homeopathy.
