NUDGE Acupuncture

Nudge is a community-based acupuncture practice in Manchester, established by Penny Kay, a trained acupuncturist in the modern Chinese Medicine tradition.

Penny runs a number of clinics. Her community clinic is based in the Kath Locke Centre, where she offers a range of options for patients. She also has a private practice in Sale. The third NUDGE clinic is on WIlmslow Rd in Rusholme on the Curry Mile. As well as full consultations and treatment in Sale and Rusholme, she offers donation only sessions for service users and reduced rates for all Big Life and NHS staff in Hulme. Also on offer at all three sites is cosmetic acupuncture for those looking for a healthy alternative to modern invasive facial treatments, and also smoking and alcohol cessation.

The NUDGE team now comprises Penny as Manager and two associates - Kay Stafford and Sandi Spurgeon. All of us offer appointments at Kath Locke, with Penny working in Sale and Sandi and Penny working at Rusholme.
