The practice was founded in 1954 by John Crooks. John came from working with 'James Herriot' and brought a medicine bottle full of the "Skeldale" air to infuse the atmosphere of his new practice at 28 Norwood. We are involved in many aspects of veterinary work, including dogs, cats, farm animals, horses, and small pets - from alpacas to zebra finches and almost anything else in between! Our premises have air conditioning for the comfort and safety of our clients and patients.
