Following time spent in production as a Process Manufacturing Manager, he utilised his experience with a move to a recruitment company where he quickly moved from the research department to a consultant's role, specialising in the placement of Sales Engineers and Sales Managers.
Approached to work in Executive Search, he was able to consolidate his earlier learning in the process markets and gain the necessary skills, tools and knowledge to recruit at a more senior level before leaving to form Norton Bowers.
