In terms of my qualifications, I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist on the BACP Register which is administered by an independent body and accountable to Parliament. My training qualification is recognised by both the BACP and also the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). Choosing the right therapist is an important process, and I understand that it can take courage to begin seeking help and support. Because of this, I offer an initial fifty minute consultation with no obligation or commitment to attend any further sessions, to give you the chance to meet me and see if you feel comfortable with me and the way that I work.
