North East Mobility Solutions has been looking after the mobility product users of Northumberland for several years now, providing them with everything they need to maintain their independence, from Walking Sticks to Mobility Scooters and Stairlifts. Partners Donald Hunter and Michael Jones started North East Mobility Solutions from premises in Berwick-Upon-Tweed. After completing market research for a business idea they had, Donald and Michael quickly realised the area was in desperate need of a business providing Mobility equipment and services locally. They worked hard and liaised with mobility equipment manufacturers and importers, completing many training courses run by the mobility equipment specialists. Crossing the Border - After completing these courses and working up a great relationship with the suppliers, Donald and Michael were able to open their first shop in Berwick-Upon-Tweed, Northumberland. As North East Mobility Solutions became increasingly successful, they opened their second shop across the border in Galashiels, Selkirkshire.
