North East Cycleworks is an independent bike and suspension service centre, based in Gateshead and serving Newcastle, Sunderland & the rest of the North East.
As well as running a high spec workshop carrying out a huge range of services and repairs to road bikes, mountain bikes and every bicycle in between, we are also the leading suspension specialist in the North East, offering an unrivalled range of services to most suspension brands.
We are a Fox Authorised Service Centre and we are also trained to service Rockshox, Marzocchi, BOS, Cane Creek, DVO and many other brands. We can deal with any issue that you may be having with your forks or shock and we only use original parts when we service your suspension, so you’ll benefit from the usual manufacturers’ warranties.
Another unique thing about North East Cycleworks is that we will collect your bikes, usually for free! We can fit in around you and grab your bike from either your home or office. This service is free of charge for all Silver and Gold service package and all suspension customers based within 12 miles of the North East Cycleworks Service Centre in Gateshead.
We also offer customers a warm welcome to our spacious and well equipped service centre where you can join us for a coffee whist you wait for us to work on your bike. We’ve got plenty of bike mags to read and there’s always some great tunes on the stereo so feel free to come and say hello.
