Throughout my life I have amassed a huge range of experience that has led me to where I am today. I believe that every decision I have made along the way has perfectly prepared me for setting up and running my computer repair company North Computers.
After studying electronics for three years to further develop my technical ability, i started working in the IT industry where i have extensively broadened my skills and knowledge within the field. With this I honed my customer service skills, ensuring I have the right qualifications, knowledge and attitude providing my customers the very best service possible.
In my first role as an electrical supervisor I perfected my managerial skills and continued to further enhance the quality of my customer interaction. I thoroughly enjoyed talking to customers on a daily basis and quickly realised that my outgoing and personable demeanour made working with people an obvious choice for my future plans.
