NIMortgages

NIMortgages is a trading name of John Grant Limited which is Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. John Grant has over 25 years of experience in local mortgage finance having started work for Halifax Building Society upon leaving school.

In Feb 2002 John opened "John Grant Mortgage Services" in Newtownards to offer an independent mortgage and insurance advice service for customers in the Newtownards and North Down Areas. In March 2005 the business incorporated and became John Grant Limited adding Estate Agency to its list of services. John is fully CeMAP qualified to provide Mortgage Advice and is also a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents. John Grant Limited is a fiercely independent company and is directly authorised by the Financial Services Authority.

Mortgage advice remains at the core of the company ethos with an emphasis on "what is best for the client?"
