We have many years experience working with and liasing with the many different organisations that you need to engage in order to have a Professional Consultants Certificate (PCC) signed off.Nicoll Design Chartered Architects is based in Prestwick, Ayrshire and has been trading since 1982. Our key operative is Chartered Architect Jim Nicoll RIBA ARIAS ARCUK BARCH who has specialised in the residential build sector for over 30 years.From the age of 16 working in his fathers building company, Jim has had a complete experience of construction from the preparation of architectural drawings and office procedure to actual hands on experience on site. A year as project Architect for North Ayrshire general hospital led to final qualification and the practice started immediately on leaving Strathclyde University with prize money from various design awards from the Royal Institute of British Architects and Japanese and Bulgarian Institute of Architects and UNESCO.
