Nicola Webb

I Graduated in 1999 with a BA (Hons) in Psychology. I moved away from Psychology for a few years before re-training as a counsellor after undergoing treatment myself for a range of issues such as anxiety and depression.

I have recently completed an Advanced Skills course in Compassion Focused Therapy and a 4 day personal practice course in Mindful Compassion. I've also completed a Workshop on using Compassionate Focused Therapy in Trauma, a Workshop on using CFT in groups, a introductory course in CFT and ACT, a Diploma in CBT (Level 5), a Foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the College of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies in London and The Primary Certificate in REBT at the University of Birmingham (accredited by the Albert Ellis Institute). I am a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society and a non-accredited member of both the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) and AREBT (Association for Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy).
