Nicol Thomas are a multi disciplinary practice delivering consultancy services nationally from our offices at Fort Dunlop, Birmingham and Oldham, Manchester.

The professional services we provide include Architecture and Master Planning, Quantity Surveying and Project Management, Building Surveying, Code Assessors and CDM Co-ordinators across a broad range of sectors.

ARCO represents retirement community providers in the UK and their aim is to promote high quality service provision in the retirement community sector. There are currently 23 ARCO members, representing more than 250 retirement communities which equates to approximately 50 per cent of all housing with care schemes and includes both private and not-for-profit providers.
