NetResponse - PC Computer Support

NetResponse is a computer maintenance and IT service company based in Broadstone, Dorset. The company was established in 2009 as a part time business helping local home users and small businesses with their computer systems. Over the past few of years the company has grown and is now a full time professional IT services business. With ever improving internet connection speeds and reliability NetResponse took the step to become a fully remote IT support and services business.

This means that all support is provided remotely over the internet, by phone, live chat or email. Most of the solutions we offer are web based or 'Cloud' solutions. For virtually all businesses (especially small business) this means better services and lower costs than traditional in house server based systems. The majority of our customers are small businesses of up to 25 users and home users in the Dorset area.
