Zoe Neirizi established Neirizi Swan Solicitors in 2006. Zoe is the Principal Practitioner in this Firm. She has been a part of the legal profession since 1995, and qualified as a solicitor in March 2005. Zoe specialised in human rights, immigration and asylum law, and she has exclusively worked in Family Law and general advocacy in civil law since 2004. Zoe is a member of the Law Society's Family Panel, and is also accredited by 'Resolution' as a specialist Family Lawyer with particular specialisms in 'Children's Law - Private' and 'Domestic Abuse'.

Kathleen Straub was qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and has always specialised in family law. She has a wide range of experience in all areas, including Divorce & related property and finance matters, contact and residence disputes, Special Guardianship applications, leave to remove from the jurisdiction, and care proceedings. She has extensive experience dealing with complex cases and involving sensitive issues.
