Neilson Recruitment is a boutique sales recruitment agency with people at its heart. We specialise in the Construction, Engineering, Electrical and HVAC sectors on vacancies that include Sales Directors, General Managers, Sales Managers, Specification Sales, Account Managers and Sales Executives. Unlike a lot of recruitment agencies, we don't want to be all things to all people. We realise that you want to work with a recruitment agency who really understands what you do. We call ourselves the Sales Recruitment Specialist for a reason.

We've specialised in sales recruitment since our very first day of business, four years ago. We're not one of those faceless recruitment agencies that just want to match people with jobs and collect the commission. We make sure we understand the needs of both the employers and potential employees, and we ensure that personalities, as well as CVs, match.
