I am an experienced Counsellor (Couples and Individuals) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Practitioner, and Psychological Life Coach. A fully Registered and Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and a member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. I offer face-to-face, Skype or telephone counselling. As a fully accredited member of the BACP, I have to annually assure the organisation that my training, current practice and continued professional and person development meets the required standard. My counselling work is regularly monitored by a qualified counselling supervisor and I hold full counsellor insurance for my work with clients.
