I have been a practising solicitor specialising in all aspects of employment law for over 16 years. In this time I worked for a variety of firms around the Yorkshire area before being head hunted to set up and run an employment law department for a firm in Lancashire. I then set up Neil Coombes Solicitor as I felt there was a need in the market for a firm dedicated to this area of law; whilst continuing to act as a consultant for other solicitors firms that do not have an employment law department.
