I specialise in treating chronic conditions such as ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Candida infection, gut disorders and immune dysfunction. As a former sufferer of ME/CFS, my research has uncovered many links between stress, the gut, metabolism and immunity. I tend to question the received wisdom about what constitutes a 'healthy diet' and find that the emphasis of the modern diet on low-fat whole foods can do more harm than good.

I am also a practitioner of Positive EFT- an energy technique which can help 'unfreeze' a stressed and contracted state, and boost the immune system. I have given talks and presentations around the country, including the Wise Traditions conference and the Women's Institute. I have also featured on local and national radio stations. I treat clients in comfortable surroundings in my own home in south-east London.
