Natural Elements School Of Tai Chi

Our classes are based in Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & Oxford. We also travel nationwide for events, demonstrations and workshops. We are part of the Natural Elements Group, a small partnership consisting of the school, our Acupuncture and Tui Na Clinic and Reiki Treatments and Courses. Our work reaches across a wide spectrum from our standard weekly classes and private sessions to educational days with schools and colleges. We teach individuals and groups with Aspergers Syndrome, learning disabilities, Parkinson's disease and more. Other groups include Cancer Survivorship Programmes, Pain Management groups with Poole Pain Management Unit and back to work programmes, all linked with the NHS. We have a number of partners including BH Live and the Bournemouth Chinese School working toward an integrated and healthy future.
