Clients approach me for help and support with weight management, sports nutrition, female health, digestive issues, and fatigue.I am trained and insured to take blood tests which enables me to offer in-office corporate health checks as part of your employee wellbeing programme.I am a qualified fitness instructor and am happy to design a personalised nutrition programme based around your training and fitness goals.
