This part of our business deals with consultations, project management and estate management. We are members of the National Landlords Association and the Property Ombudsman Scheme, the latter meaning that we have professional indemnity and public liability insurance. We are also accredited by the National Landlord Association.
We are passionate about property. Our principals (who are landlords) have over 20 years experience in investing and managing properties.
We can also arrange certain types of insurance, via Homelet, specific to landlords or tenants. Such insurance include rent guarantee and legal expenses cover which are available to landlords, subject to terms and conditions. In the present climate it is advisable for landlords to have these type of insurances in place.
