Lisa is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP), an Accredited Counsellor with the British Assoication of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an accredited EMDR Practitioner, working with both adults and children. I can offer you a safe, non-judgemental space; a space that will be yours, where you will be listened to and where we can gain a clearer understanding of your life events and behaviours. I have extensive therapy experience, I work for the NHS on a part time basis undertaking Counselling, CBT & EMDR, also for insurance companies such as BUPA & Aviva, private & public sector organisations, EAP's, & independent practice.
