Sport has been an interest of mine for many years, specialising Karate, Judo, Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu jitsu and playing women's Rugby for Ashford and Folkestone. My passion for massage stems from these routes. My sports massage training began as a result of my son playing rugby union at county level and training martial arts and boxing part time.

His involvment in these sports lead to the need to treat all manor of sporting injuries and muscular skeletal traumas. Thus, understanding how to aid his rehabilitation was a key stimulus which drove me to become qualified. As a requirements of my insurance, my training is continuously updated via completion of CPD points.
