Years of practical application with our own training, study and trial and error will give The Muscle Machine Gym a wealth of knowledge and the fully comprehensive range of equipment needed for anyone to get in the absolute best shape of their lives. We’ve gone back to basics with how the gym looks and the equipment that we have installed has been recycled and reclaimed as much as possible to give the Muscle Machine that back street gym look that Rocky would’ve happily trained in with state of the art personal training, classes and tuition.. The gym floor is equipped with a full range of plate and stack loaded machines, with a plethora of dumbbells and benches, to cater for every conceivable sports activity and personal fitness goal. The gym has been put together in a retro-style, to give it an automatic atmosphere, conducive enough to motivate everyone from the beginner to the professional. The boxing/MMA area has a 20ft ring, big matted area and cage walls, as well as sport specific training apparatus, including punch bags and CV equipment. The two areas cover almost 10,000 sq/ft.
