Founded by Graham Mullender in 1982, G R Mullender and Associates are a Chartered Surveyors serving all sectors of the construction industry. In 2000 the practice became a founder member of the Chartered Building Consultancy scheme and are bound by the professional standards and requirements set by the Chartered Institute of Building. Graham Mullender sat as a Board Member overseeing the Chartered Building Company and Consultancy Scheme for six years. Throughout the organisation G R Mullender and Associates embraces technology and has used computer-based systems for estimating, cost planning and quantity surveying since the mid-1980s.

G R Mullender and Associates have undertaken or have been an integral part of the management team of numerous commercial, intuitional, educational and residential projects ranging from £50,000.00 to £12,000,000.00 in size. The practice has PI insurance cover of £2,000,000.00 and additional cover can be obtained for specific projects.
