MSK School Of Martial Arts

At Msk's School of martial arts we have numerous Martial arts classes that you can attend. We are open 7 days a week in our Eastbourne Dojo, we teach many aspects of martial arts such as Karate, Judo, Ju Jitsu, Tai Chi and much more. As well as our Eastbourne venue we have classes on a Wednesday in Hastings teaching karate. The styles of martial arts that are incorporated within Ma-Seirei-Kai are: we primarily use Karate: ( Empty Hand) This originates from okinawa, meaning empty hand.

It is a striking art using punching, kicking, knee and elbow strikes and open-handed techniques such as knife-hands and ridge-hands. Grappling, locks, restraints, throws, and vital point strikes on the body are also taught.
