MSB Cladding

MSB covers all aspects of roofing and cladding work from new build to refurbishment to maintenance. We work locally and nationally if we can be competitive. For all contracts undertaken we produce method statements and risk assessments. Detailed CAD drawings are produced if applicable to the contract incorporating the necessary cladding, flashings and rainwater goods. All drawings are approved by the client prior to contract commencement. Manufacturer guarantees for the products used can be obtained if requested by the client prior to contract commencement. Product guarantees are recommended as some manufacturers guarantee products for up to 30 years depending on location and building usage.
