My name is Aarti Shah and I have been a McTimoney Chiropractor since 1989. I have been practising in London since 1994, but since 2008, I have been going regularly to The Middle East and Far East. I also have clients coming in for sessions from overseas. I believe that the body has its own "Innate Self Healing" ability and that McTimoney Chiropractic is a great facilitator of the healing process, thereby realigning and rebalancing the entire body on many levels. The McTimoney method is renowned for its gentleness as the bones are never forced into position, but corrected by adjusting them individually with a very rapid thrust and immediate release.
The movements are precise, resulting in minimum patient discomfort. At every session the entire body is assessed and corrected where required. It is suitable for babies, children, pregnant women and the elderly. As no individuals are identical, my sessions are tailored to get the best for each patient's return to good health.
