The 2nd appointment with a member of our management team will be to go through the details of your fixed price quotation, answering any questions you may have and finalising the proposed specification.

Once you have given us the go-ahead, our architect will complete a survey and complete architectural drawings to submit to the local authority for approval. Once we have planning permission/lawful use acceptance, we will arrange a start date for the project with you.
