We give you as much, if not more, than any other estate agent. Our lower price doesn't mean you get a lower standard of service. The reason for our fixed fee approach is simple. It gives you peace of mind and helps you plan ahead as you know what you're paying without waiting for a percentage of your eventual selling price.
