BSc (Hon) Physiotherapy MCSP HCPC Ruth is our Senior Physiotherapist with extensive experience gained from over 7 years in both the public and private sectors. While balancing the demands of a young family Ruth has continually developed her skills in a number of areas including Pilates, Myofascial Release & Sports Massage, Acupuncture and Running. Ruth's Pilates training has included Matwork, where she has specialised skills in instructing pre and post-natal clients and Equipment Pilates, including reformers, trapeze and chairs where she delivers very individual and progressive programs to speed recovery from injury and challenge the athletes amongst us.
